1. Shipping Locations
BASE Pickleball ships worldwide. We deliver to most international destinations using reliable carriers, including FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- We operate 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available for all orders above £50.
- Orders below £50 will incur a shipping fee based on weight, destination, and shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 6-10 working days
- Priority Shipping: 4-7 working days
- Overnight Shipping (where available): 1-2 working days
5. International Orders & Customs
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are prepaid, so customers will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
- Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.
7. Shipping Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages
- All orders are insured for protection against loss or damage during transit.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- BASE Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
8. Returns & Replacements
- We offer refunds and replacements for products with manufacturing defects.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
