Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

BASE Pickleball ships worldwide. We deliver to most international destinations using reliable carriers, including FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • We operate 7 days a week, including weekends.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for all orders above £50.
  • Orders below £50 will incur a shipping fee based on weight, destination, and shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 6-10 working days
  • Priority Shipping: 4-7 working days
  • Overnight Shipping (where available): 1-2 working days

5. International Orders & Customs

  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are prepaid, so customers will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
  • Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

7. Shipping Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • All orders are insured for protection against loss or damage during transit.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • BASE Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

8. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer refunds and replacements for products with manufacturing defects.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
